Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of HR experience.
• At least 1 year in leave administration (FMLA, disability, workers' comp, state leaves).
• Experience with HRIS and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries on payroll, benefits, and policies.
• Manage onboarding and new hire documentation.
• Maintain HR data in HRIS with accuracy and data integrity.
• Coordinate immigration-related processes with external counsel and vendors.
• Oversee billing, invoices, and vendor management for HR-related services.
• Lead leave administration processes including FMLA, STD/LTD, WC, and local leaves.
