Teche Health is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to manage core HR services including benefits, leave administration, recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. This role acts as trusted resource for employees and supervisors, handling complex matters with discretion and care.

You will lead benefits programs, coordinate open enrollment, manage leave balances, support onboarding, and improve HR processes to strengthen retention and the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• At least five years of progressively responsible HR experience, including benefits and leave administration.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of employment practices and ability to research and apply changing requirements.
• Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential information, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead the day-to-day administration of health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and other employee benefit programs.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment including communications and enrollment tracking.
• Manage the leave process from notice to return to work, including documentation and payroll coordination.
• Support onboarding, status changes, transfers, and separations with required steps.
• Advise supervisors on routine performance and workplace concerns and support investigations as assigned.
