Job summary

Quantum in Centennial, CO is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to sustain and optimize essential HR processes. You will map workflows, support onboarding and offboarding, and collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Legal, and IT to implement scalable solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in HR operations, hands-on HRIS experience (UKG/Workday/SuccessFactors/Oracle HCM), and strong MS 365 skills including Power Automate and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR operations, HRIS, or process-improvement roles.
• Expertise in process mapping and reengineering.
• Experience with onboarding, benefits, compliance, and offboarding programs.
• Hands-on with HRIS platforms (UKG, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Proficient workflow automation with Power Automate, Copilot.
• Strong MS 365 skills including Power BI.
• Analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and maintain critical HR processes to ensure business continuity.
• Document and map end-to-end HR workflows identifying gaps and risks.
• Redesign and standardize HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Automate manual tasks using HRIS, Power Automate, Copilot.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Legal, IT to implement scalable solutions.
