Job summary

QuantumLeapResearch in Leesburg, VA seeks an Enterprise Applications Manager to own front-office and enterprise business systems, including HRIS, security/access, and related applications. You will partner with HR, Finance, Security, and Operations to ensure secure, reliable systems aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities include coordinating changes and upgrades, managing data integrations, and working with IT and external vendors on testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting enterprise or front-office business applications (e.g., HRIS, security, operational systems).
• Experience partnering with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors.
• Strong understanding of role-based security, access controls, and audit support.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Front Office & Business Application Ownership: serve as owner or lead for assigned applications (HRIS, access/security, expense, or other operational platforms).
• Security, Access, and Controls: define RBAC, provisioning, access reviews, and audit evidence; ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Integrations & Data Flow: support integrations between enterprise applications and core systems; validate data flows and controls.
• Change Management & Releases: coordinate upgrades, patches, and testing; maintain documentation and change records.
• Vendor relations: act as primary contact for assigned application vendors and coordinate renewals with IT and procurement.
