Job summary

Live On Nebraska is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations, including onboarding, benefits, and leave administration. You will help maintain employee relations, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to employee communications and engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field preferred.
• Three years of progressive HR experience essential.
• Three years coordinating employee benefits and managing employee leave required.
• HR certification a plus; Paylocity HRIS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including communications and documentation.
• Administer benefits programs, educate employees, and respond to questions about plans and changes.
• Process leave requests and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Support employee relations by addressing questions and escalating complex issues as needed.
• Maintain HR records, support audits, and assist with policy implementation and updates.
• Assist with employee communications and engagement events to foster workplace culture.
