Baker Commodities Inc. is seeking an HR professional to support the Northwest regional Generalist and employees with benefits, leaves of absence, payroll issues, and policy interpretation.

The role emphasizes compliance with WA/OR employment laws and strong confidential handling of sensitive information. Responsibilities include advising managers, coordinating recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining employee records, with collaboration across corporate HR and legal teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field.
• At least four years of related HR experience.
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits databases; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws (WA/OR).
• Serve as HR advisor to managers on employee relations and policy interpretation.
• Guide managers through investigations, concerns, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate Northwest recruitment and staffing activities with Corporate Recruiting.
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and new hire integration.
