Job summary

Weekday 1 is seeking senior HR professionals to design evaluation tasks for AI-driven talent management, employee relations and organization design. The role is fully remote and conducted as an independent contractor, with weekly payments via Stripe or Wise and compensation in the $70–$80 per hour range.

Projects span US-based topics (Title VII, FLSA, ADA and state law) and international considerations (UK/EU directives).

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading HR functions at a major company or HR consulting firm.
• Direct ownership of talent programs, employee relations, or compensation design.
• Fluent in HR tooling and employment law compliance.
• Professional credential is strongly preferred (SHRM-SCP or SPHR).

Responsibilities

• Construct HR scenarios spanning talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations and performance management.
• Build tasks across recruiting, employee relations, compensation, HR compliance, and org development.
• Develop scenarios involving HRIS tools like Workday/SAP SuccessFactors and benchmarking software.
• Apply HR methodologies to produce reference policies, investigation reports and design proposals.
• Author rubrics that distinguish authentic HR judgment from rote recall.
