Job summary

Weekday 1 is seeking expert Evaluators in Training / onboarding / L&D to review AI-generated work products for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality. You will apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs and work remotely on an hourly engagement.

Requirements include 5+ years in Training / onboarding / L&D, native or professional fluency in English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides. Independent contractor with weekly payments via Stripe or Wise.

This role is for one of our clients

Compensation: $80-$120 per hour

We are hiring expert Evaluators inTraining / onboarding / L&Dto review and assess AI-generated work products (documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks) for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality. You will apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs.

This is a remote, hourly engagement.

Requirements

Requirements (must have)

1. 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Training / onboarding / L&D.
2. Native or professional fluency in English.
3. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides(Google Slides / PowerPoint).

Preferred (nice to have)

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution.

What you'll do

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback.

Contract and Payment Terms

• Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
