Contract · Remote

Annual Compensation Equivalent: $96,000/year
Hourly Rate: $50/hr

The annual compensation equivalent is calculated at 40 hours/week across 48 workable weeks/year and represents a full-time equivalent, not guaranteed earnings. Actual earnings depend on the amount of work undertaken.

About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Human Resources professionals to create and evaluate realistic HR management scenarios used to train and assess AI systems.

You’ll apply practical HR judgment to challenges involving recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, compliance, onboarding, and talent management. The work involves creating realistic questions and case studies, reviewing AI-generated responses, and providing detailed feedback on their accuracy and alignment with established HR practices.

What You’ll Do

• Develop realistic HR questions, case studies, and management scenarios that test practical HR judgment.

• Create challenges covering areas such as:

  • Recruitment and talent acquisition

  • Interviewing and selection

  • Performance management

  • Employee relations and conflict resolution

  • Compensation planning

  • Employment law and compliance

  • Employee onboarding

  • Talent management

• Evaluate AI-generated HR responses for accuracy, practicality, and alignment with HR best practices.

• Review responses for appropriate application of HR principles and employment regulations.

• Provide detailed written feedback explaining errors, gaps, and areas for improvement.

• Help calibrate the difficulty and quality of HR evaluation content.

• Collaborate with HR and technical specialists to refine scenarios and evaluation criteria.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven professional experience in Human Resources.

• Strong understanding of multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and compliance.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to apply practical HR judgment to complex workplace scenarios.

Preferred Experience

• Several years of professional HR experience across multiple functions.

• Experience in areas such as:
