Qualifications

5+ years of relevant professional experience in People Operations or Recruiting.
Native or professional fluency in English.
Proficiency with Google Slides and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated work products against domain rubrics.
Review documents, spreadsheets, Google Slides, and PowerPoint presentations.
Identify factual, aesthetic, formatting, and presentation errors.
Provide clear, structured written feedback on evaluated outputs.
Apply People Operations and Recruiting expertise to grade AI-generated work.
Complete projects independently on a flexible schedule.
