Qualifications

• 5+ years of employee relations/workplace investigations experience.

• Advanced knowledge of HR laws, regulations, principles, and best practices.
• Broad cross-functional knowledge of Affinity Plus operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on employee relations matters, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Provide guidance, assess risk, and implement performance strategies.
• Conduct workplace investigations and summarize findings for leadership.
• Support policy interpretation and consistent HR practice across the org.
• Assist with unemployment claims and hearings; ensure compliance.
• Lead HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
