FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to support employee relations initiatives, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster an inclusive workplace across states. The role handles complex investigations, progressive discipline, and advisory support for leaders.

The position requires 5+ years in ER/HR, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and knowledge of ADA, FMLA, and Title VII.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years in employee relations or HR.
• Knowledge of labor laws and conflict resolution.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead the progressive disciplinary process and advise managers on performance concerns and conflict resolution.
• Investigate employee complaints and document actions to mitigate risk.
• Analyze ER data and trends to identify risks and improve leadership effectiveness.
• Manage ADA accommodations process with Benefits and Payroll; coordinate leave.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local employment laws and partner with legal counsel.
• Develop and update HR policies and handbooks reflecting legislation.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to train on employment law and inclusive practices.
• Work with HR leadership on organizational changes and communications.
• Audit practices for multi-state compliance and adjust policies.
