Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead HR, Employee Relations, and Employee Experience across a distributed workforce. You will guide policy governance, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration with Benefits, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition to advance business objectives and culture.

The role requires 8+ years in HR, 3+ years supervising HR professionals, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience managing HR professionals.
• Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
• Certifications: PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and support to managers and employees on a broad range of HR matters.
• Partner with Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition to align HR processes, programs, and communications.
• Lead performance management, onboarding, leadership development, workforce capabilities, and training initiatives; identify trends and enhancements.
• Lead HR projects and align priorities with organizational goals.
• Ensure HR policies and handbook are compliant and scalable across multi-state remote/hybrid workforce.
