Qualifications

  • Associate degree and 2–5 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, performance management, policy application, and job architecture/career pathing.
  • Experience in a regulated environment (financial services/credit union preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport while maintaining professionalism and objectivity.
  • Solid analytical and documentation skills; ability to translate HR processes into clear, organized information.
  • Understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Strong communication, problem solving, and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; HR systems experience preferred.
  • Adaptable to learning and using emerging technologies, including AI, to improve workplace efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in a regulated environment (financial services/credit union preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport while maintaining professionalism and objectivity.
  • Solid analytical and documentation skills; ability to translate HR processes into clear, organized information.
  • Understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Strong communication, problem solving, and time management abilities.

  • Adaptable to learning and using emerging technologies, including AI, to improve workplace efficiency.
Work Location

The Employee Relations Administrator will work on site full time for the first 60 workdays to support onboarding and relationship building. Following onboarding, the position may be eligible for a hybrid schedule, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
