Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union is seeking a Human Resources Employee Relations Specialist to provide consultation to managers, resolve employee issues, and improve performance within the CU. This role supports the HR team with performance improvement, disciplinary actions, and contract reviews; a hybrid schedule is available after training at the Live Oak campus.

The position requires at least 1 year of Employee Relations experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to commute

Qualificações

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• At least 1 year of Employee Relations experience.
• Experience with performance improvement and disciplinary actions preferred.
• Investigative experience is a plus.
• Must be able to commute to Live Oak, TX.

Responsabilidades

• Provide consultation to managers to resolve employee issues and improve performance.
• Review contracts and suggest changes as needed.
• Assist with HR duties such as recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and HRIS.
• Conduct employee investigations when required.
