Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of management experience in a Human Resource Office.
• Direct experience in Employee Relations/Labor Relations.
• Experience in conducting training.
• In-depth knowledge of state and federal employment law.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
