• Minimum of 1 year HR experience preferred.
• Experience conducting employee investigations and trainings preferred.
• Strong employee relations and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary contact for employee relations concerns and workplace issues.
• Assist in conducting investigations in a prompt, thorough, and objective manner.
• Provide guidance to supervisors on performance, conduct, and policy application.
• Support corrective action processes and documentation.
• Develop and deliver training programs for employees and leaders.
• Coordinate new hire orientation programs.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance training.
• Analyze trends related to turnover and engagement and recommend improvements.
• Generate reports on training completion and employee relations activity.
