StandardAero, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy and delivery across Missouri, Florida, Arizona and Colorado sites.

The role partners with site leaders, Quality & Compliance, and corporate HR to drive workforce strategy and an exceptional employee experience in a safety-critical manufacturing environment. Location options include Kansas City, MO or Miami, FL with hybrid work; travel to multiple sites will be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership in manufacturing/aerospace/complex operations.
• 3+ years leading multi-site HR teams.
• 3+ years budgeting & P&L awareness.
• 3+ years deploying workforce strategy & org design.
• HR transformation experience required.
• Experience overseeing workplace investigations.
• Advanced HR analytics & data-driven planning.

Aufgaben

• Lead HRBP support for CRS SBUs; 600+ employee population.
• Translate enterprise direction into site action and workforce strategy.
• Drive organizational change management initiatives and sustain change.
• Operationalize performance management and leverage analytics to close gaps.
• Lead succession planning and leadership development across SBUs.
• Ensure readiness of SBUs for operational demands and leadership impact.
• Oversee employee experience initiatives and leadership alignment.
• Develop high-performing HR teams to deliver effective HR support.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including FAA/DOT Drug & Alcohol Program.
• Oversee audits, investigations, and incident response.
