Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director HR – Integrated Electronics to shape the HR strategy across IE sites. You will lead change, succession planning, organizational design and employee relations as a member of the Global HR leadership team.

In this role you will collaborate with COEs, drive talent development, and align HR solutions with enterprise strategy while managing performance, benefits and compliance across multiple states and sites. Remote eligible and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in HR across manufacturing sites and multi-state operations.
• HRCI or SHRM certification is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S., NY, NH, CT and CO employment laws and HR implications.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in change management, organizational design and talent management.
• Co-lead IE initiatives in talent, performance and priority HR focus areas.
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with One TTM and business goals.
• Oversee labor relations, compensation, benefits, policy interpretation and HR programs.
• Partner with talent acquisition and COEs to staff, develop and retain key resources.
