Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to develop and maintain HR metrics, reports, and analytics, while administering HR systems and ensuring data integrity.

You will collaborate across HR teams to deliver periodic and ad-hoc reporting and insights. The role focuses on improving retention, turnover, performance, and associate relations investigations through data-driven storytelling and actionable dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance or Computer Programming preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, financial analysis or IT/IS.
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Partners with business partners, Field HR, and Associate Relations to identify data needs.
• Develops actionable insights related to HR data (retention, turnover, performance).
• Presents findings in a narrative suitable for non-technical audiences and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Responsible for HR systems and reporting tool integrity and maintenance.
• Develops tracking for HR recruiting and training efforts.
• Maintains ad hoc reporting for evolving business needs and data requests.
• Collaborates with HR teams to apply data-driven insights.
• Performs extensive data analysis to identify trends impacting HR needs.
• Develops data models to evaluate projects and people performance.
• Works with HR leadership on retention and management initiatives.
• Flags complaint trends and supports data-driven decisions for Operations.
