Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an HR Project Manager (DLD) to lead planning and execution of HR and enterprise-wide initiatives in a hybrid work setting.

You will manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and dashboards, and collaborate with Operations, Support Center, and SMEs to drive measurable results. You will supervise the Decentralized Learning team, recruit and coach staff, and prepare executive briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of training, HR or restaurant operation experience with increasing project management responsibility.
• Experience leading HR or operations projects in a retail/hospitality environment is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning, execution, and delivery of key HR projects and programs for Field Operations and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Oversees all phases of project lifecycle from concept to completion within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develops project plans with scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets.
• Leads a team of HR Decentralized Learning professionals and coaches associates to improve performance.
