The role involves analyzing trends, building dashboards, and recommending HR program improvements. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in HR are required, with a Food Handler's Card within 30 days. Hybrid work and strong benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics or related business field.
• Minimum three years of experience in HR, preferably in retail/hospitality operations.
• Successful completion of required trainings; Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of workforce trends, attrition, hiring practices, and career progression.
• Gather, structure, and analyze data from multiple sources to provide insights.
• Develop, maintain, and implement HR dashboards, metrics, and reports.
• Partner with HR leaders, business partners, Operations Leaders, and IT to deliver customized insights.
• Research HR trends and benchmarks to provide recommendations.
