Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to develop and maintain HR metrics and reports. This hybrid position involves collaborating with HR teams to optimize processes, ensuring data integrity, and performing in-depth analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and over 5 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include presenting findings to stakeholders and supporting data-driven decision-making.

This position is also responsible for HR system administration, data integrity, process efficiency, and HR reporting. The Senior Data Analyst works with the HR Data, Field HR & Associate Relations teams to develop periodic and quarterly reporting, metrics and measurements, as well as ad-hoc reporting as needed. This job collaborates with and recommends solutions and insights to the various HR teams to optimize and streamline HR processes and assess people performance and project results. Pay Range: P3: $90,000 - $126,500 / Annual
