Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, CS, or data management.
• Minimum five years of program management, operations, or consulting experience.
• Experience in retail/hospitality environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Standardize processes and governance across facilities operations.
• Analyze facilities data and KPIs to identify risks and improvements.
• Develop dashboards and executive reports for decision-making.
• Mentor team members and promote AI adoption where appropriate.
