Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an HR Data Insights Analyst to develop workforce metrics, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decisions for HR and business leaders. This role ensures data accuracy and integrity through HR system administration and process improvements.

The position collaborates with HR teams to produce periodic reports, deliver insights to stakeholders, and optimize HR processes, programs, and people performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics or related business field required.
• Minimum three years of experience in HR, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of workforce trends, attrition, hiring practices, career progression, and employee movement to provide actionable insights.
• Gather, structure and analyze data from multiple sources, and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Develop, maintain, and implement HR dashboards, metrics, and reports to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and integration
• Partner with HR leaders, business partners, Operations Leaders, and IT teams to identify analytics needs, gather requirements, and deliver customized insights.
• Conduct research and analysis on HR trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks to provide insights and recommendations.
