Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an HR Data Insights Analyst to develop and maintain workforce metrics, reports, and analytics that support data-driven decisions for HR and business leaders.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, HR system administration, and collaboration with HR teams to optimize processes, assess performance, and measure the impact of HR programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics or related business field required.
  • Minimum three years of experience in HR, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment.
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of workforce trends, attrition, hiring practices, career progression, and employee movement to provide actionable insights.
  • Gather, structuring and analyzing data from multiple sources, and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement HR dashboards, metrics, and reports to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and integration.
  • Partner with HR leaders, business partners, Operations Leaders, and IT teams to identify analytics needs, gather requirements, and deliver customized insights.
  • Conduct research and analysis on HR trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks to provide insights and recommendations.

  • Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
