Job summary

Fulgent Therapeutics LLC is seeking a Senior HR Coordinator to provide guidance, support, and training to HR Coordinators while handling confidential employee information with discretion.

You will lead HR projects, administer leaves, workers’ compensation, onboarding support, timekeeping corrections, payroll documentation, and benefits administration, working under the Corporate HR Manager.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field of study, or a certificate in Human Resource Management, is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR administration experience is required.
• Extensive knowledge of basic Labor Regulations, HIPAA compliance requirements, Wage & Hour law.
• Experienced user of HRIS and Payroll systems, experience with Paycom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Uphold strict confidentiality and handle all employee and organizational information with the utmost discretion.
• Provide guidance, support, and technical training to Human Resources Coordinators.
• Lead projects assigned by Human Resources leadership.
• Administer the full cycle of leave of absences.
• Administer workers’ compensation claims.
• Reinforce Fulgent policies and rules by providing correct responses to employee inquiries.
• Provide support for onboarding for new hires and personnel changes.
• Assist with timekeeping corrections, attendance tracking, and supporting documents for payroll processing.
• Facilitate benefits administration, including open enrollment, entering enrollments and changes through web portals.
• Provide support for the preparation of termination packages.
• Maintain file maintenance and reporting for SOX audit.
