Job summary

Faeth is seeking an experienced HR Lead to own all facets of Human Resources, People Operations, compensation, benefits, compliance and employee relations. This remote (US) role reports to the Chief of Staff and advises leadership on people strategy.

Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, equity planning, payroll coordination, HRIS administration, and annual performance processes. Requires 5+ years in biotech HR, a BA/BS in a related field, and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organizations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Experience managing compensation programs, benchmarking, and equity administration.
• Experience administering HRIS systems and payroll processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for a seamless employee experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions and support.
• Manage compensation planning, benchmarking, and market analyses.
• Own equity administration and equity planning processes.
• Oversee annual compensation review cycles and salary adjustments.
• Administer employee benefits programs and manage vendor relationships.
• Manage and oversee the company’s 401(k) program, including establishment of a 401(k) committee.
• Serve as system administrator for HRIS platforms and related people systems.
• Coordinate payroll with payroll providers.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Oversee leave administration, including parental and medical leaves.
• Lead annual performance review process.
• Lead learning and development programs for growth and leadership.
• Lead company-wide communications and employee engagement.
