Baker Tilly US, LLP is seeking a Sr HR Consultant to support our Human Resource Services team. This role provides outsourced HR and consulting services to diverse clients, handling payroll, recruitment and client inquiries with a focus on accuracy and service quality.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of HR experience, proficiency in ADP platforms, and strong MS Office skills, with potential SHRM/HRCI certifications desired.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience across compliance, benefits, employee relations, talent management and compensation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outsourced HR and HR consulting services to multiple clients.
• Manage daily HR and administrative functions for clients.
• Prepare, process, and run payroll for clients with data integrity in HRIS/payroll.
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment incl. ATS, interviewing and background checks.
• Respond to HR inquiries and build trusted relationships with clients.
