Job summary

Empowered Hospitality is seeking an HR consultant to serve as the HR lead for multiple client projects, delivering leading HR solutions, guiding day-to-day client interactions, coordinating client teams, and communicating progress to clients, teams, and leadership.

Candidates should have 5+ years in HR management, hospitality management experience preferred, a Bachelor’s degree, SHRM cert preferred, Master’s in HR preferred; fluent English, Spanish preferred; strong MS Office, business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR management experience
• Hospitality management experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required; HR or related field preferred
• Fluent in English; Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead HR delivery for a portfolio of clients
• Guide project teams to execute HR initiatives
• Deliver polished, timely client deliverables
• Advise on employee relations, compliance, benefits, training
• Attend or lead client meetings and escalate risks
