Soul Creative Agency LTD in Miami is seeking a bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead people operations in a hands-on, strategic role. This full‑time hybrid position collaborates with leadership to develop policies, ensure compliance, and improve the employee experience across the organization.

Qualified candidates have five+ years of progressive HR experience, a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and fluency in English and Spanish. SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR are a plus.

Qualificações

• Five or more years of progressive HR experience with broad generalist responsibility.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience across employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, training, compliance, and policy administration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage HR policies, programs, and initiatives that support organizational goals and employee engagement.
• Serve as a trusted resource to leaders and employees on HR policies, workplace matters, and employee relations.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, performance management, training, engagement, and retention.
• Support compensation and benefits administration.
• Develop employee communications related to organizational initiatives, policies, and engagement efforts.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HRIS/HRMS data.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and reporting requirements.
• Manage HR vendors, contracts, renewals, and service delivery.
• Recommend improvements to HR processes and the overall employee experience.
• Partner with leadership on special projects and strategic people initiatives.
