Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience supporting large multi-state populations with policy compliance and employment law.
• Prior Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Operations and compliance initiatives across the enterprise with HR COEs and business units.
• Analyze employment laws and provide compliant solutions for policies and programs.
• Lead auditing initiatives such as Background Checks, I-9/E-Verify, and minor employee requirements.
• Coordinate and administer employment-based immigration programs in partnership with HR partners and external counsel.
