Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC is seeking a Senior HR Compliance and Operations Manager to lead compliance, governance, and HR systems at our Tampa HQ. The role ensures adherence to employment regulations while driving process improvements and data integrity across HR technology platforms.

You'll partner with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, Legal, Risk Management, and Finance to deliver scalable HR processes and an exceptional associate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR/related field.
• 6-8 years HR experience with focus on operations, compliance, HRIS, and reporting.
• Experience administering Dayforce HRIS.
• Experience with HR audits and regulatory reporting.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR compliance programs and policy governance.
• Oversee HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage HR data governance, dashboards, and analytics.
• Administer HR technology platforms and system upgrades.
• Partner with Legal, Risk, Finance and HR leaders to deliver scalable HR processes.
