Qualifications

• 7-10 years experience in HR compliance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to hold information confidential.
• Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage compliance programs to ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
• Develop, review, process and approve Workday attestation and legal documentation.
• Act as liaison between organization and regulatory agencies.
• Develop framework and strategic planning for a risk monitoring program.
• Support business continuity through cross-functional policy reviews and revisions to compliance programs.
• Stay up to date on industry regulations and reflect changes in policies.
• Draft and develop HR policies and provide policy adjustments as needed.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify improvements.
• Monitor and report on compliance metrics to senior leadership.
