Total Wine & More in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Senior Manager, Security Engineering to lead security strategy, governance, and operations. You will manage a team of security professionals, drive policy development, and align security programs with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

You will oversee detection, incident response, and security technology implementations (SIEM, endpoint protection, threat intel), while partnering with leadership to address risks and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field preferred or equivalent years of experience.
• 7-10 years' experience in Information Security preferred.
• 7-10 years' experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Information Security professionals.
• Develop and implement the organization's information security strategy, policies, and standards.
• Oversee daily security operations, including monitoring, detection, and incident response.
