Goldbelt is seeking a Senior HR Classifier to provide senior-level position classification and position management support for federal civilian organizations. You will serve as a subject-matter expert on classification principles, position management, and organizational structure, delivering authoritative guidance to management and HR personnel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree may substitute for experience
• 14 years HR experience can substitute for no degree
• Secret clearance required

Responsabilidades

• Perform classification and position management reviews for complex professional and support positions
• Analyze organizational structures, duties, and qualifications to assign proper series, title, and grade
• Apply OPM standards and guidance to ensure accurate classifications
• Develop and revise position descriptions to reflect duties and reporting relationships
• Provide authoritative classification advice to management and HR personnel
• Conduct desk audits and evaluate organizational changes for classification impact
• Prepare evaluation statements and documentation supporting classifications
• Advise on position management, organizational alignment, and supervisory structures
• Coordinate with staffing, compensation, and other HR areas on classification needs
• Deliver briefings and training on classification requirements
• Maintain current knowledge of federal classification policies and standards
