Job summary

Salute Mission Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management across designated business units.

This role will partner with HR functions to deliver value-added service reflecting business objectives, maintaining knowledge of the unit’s finances, midrange plans, culture and competition. The Senior HRBP collaborates with management to improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention, while guiding policy interpretation and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting unionized workforces and partnering with labor representatives.
• Bachelor's degree required; SHRM-CP/PHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consults with management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues; conducts investigations.
• Partners with the legal department as needed.
• Provides day-to-day management (coaching, counseling, career development).
• Works with management to improve relationships, morale, productivity and retention.
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
• Guides business unit restructurings, workforce planning and succession planning.
