Job summary

B. Braun Medical, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor and partner with leadership across the organization in Irvine, CA.

This onsite role focuses on employee engagement, talent development, employee relations, and workforce planning to support business needs. The Senior HR Business Partner will collaborate with Centers of Excellence to deliver HR solutions, manage employee relations, and drive performance and succession planning for key talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of HR experience.
• HR business partnering and employee relations experience.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• Valid driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders, including Director and Senior Director levels, on talent, performance, engagement, culture, and employee experience.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, policies, and HR best practices.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management for assigned business groups.
• Support employee development and help leaders create meaningful development plans for key talent.
• Manage employee relations matters, including investigations and workplace concerns.
• Use HR data, metrics, and KPIs to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition and Compensation, to deliver effective HR solutions.
• Support workforce planning and recruiting activities as needed.
• Ensure HR practices align with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
