B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization. This role focuses on strengthening engagement, developing talent, managing employee relations, and supporting workforce needs.

You will collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver practical HR solutions, help build a strong culture, and enhance the employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• 6+ years of HR experience.
• Strong HR business partner and employee relations experience.
• Ability to travel occasionally; valid driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on talent, performance, engagement, culture, and employee experience.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management and policies.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management for assigned groups.
• Support development plans for key talent and manage employee relations matters.
• Use HR metrics to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver HR solutions.
• Support workforce planning and recruiting activities as needed.
• Ensure HR practices align with policies and employment regulations.
