B. Braun Medical Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to advise leaders, strengthen employee engagement, and support talent development in an onsite role.

You’ll work with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver pragmatic HR solutions and address employee relations across the organization. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of HR experience, travel ability, and SHRM/PHR or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR experience
• Strong HR business partnering and employee relations experience
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Valid driver’s license and passport

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on talent, performance, engagement, culture, and employee experience
• Coach leaders on employee relations and performance management
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and performance management
• Support development plans for key talent
• Manage employee relations investigations and workplace concerns
• Use HR data, metrics and KPIs to identify trends and support decisions
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver HR solutions
• Support workforce planning and recruiting as needed
• Ensure HR practices comply with policies and regulations
