Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and eight years of progressive human resources experience.
• Senior-level experience with managing employee relations matters and equitable outcomes.
• Experience coaching and developing managers on employee relations best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors a team of HR professionals in assigned business unit(s) and ensures high-quality service delivery.
• Develops and implements HR strategies that foster a positive organizational culture and employee engagement.
• Leads HR transformation initiatives and strategic planning with senior leadership.
• Guides managers on recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, training and development, and labor relations.
• Creates long-term staffing and succession plans with measurable impact on retention.
