Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field and five years of relevant experience for Level 3.
• Master's degree in related field and seven years of relevant experience; PhD preferred for Level 4.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR coaching and support to university leaders to improve work relationships and productivity.
• Lead change management efforts and drive performance improvement initiatives.
• Analyze problems and develop strategies, coordinating training and information sessions.
• Serve as consultant in HR, evaluate requests, and commit department to major obligations.
• Write reports and respond to information requests; ensure compliance with laws and policies.
