Job summary

Satair USA, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner III in Dulles, VA. You will translate complex business initiatives into innovative people solutions and align People objectives with organizational goals across designated business units.

You will provide expert counsel to leadership, support HR projects, drive employee engagement, and collaborate nationally and internationally to deliver HR services with autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience.
• 9 years of HRBP experience.
• 4 years in international multi-functional environment.
• 4 years in Aerospace preferred.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• HRBP III translates complex business initiatives into people solutions across designated business units.
• Provides expert counsel to leadership on strategic HR matters.
• Leads HR projects, programs, processes and policies with strong autonomy.
• Supports employee engagement and internal mobility opportunities.
• Manages cross-functional HR activities including talent acquisition and performance management.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or combination of education and appropriate work experience

9 years of progressive HR experience as an HRBP

4 years of experience working in a multi-functional international environment

4 years of experience in Aerospace preferred

PHR, SPHR, SHRM- CP or SHRM- SCP certifications
