Job summary

You will collaborate with global COEs, lead workforce planning, employee relations, and change management initiatives, shaping a high-integrity, performance-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• 9 years of progressive HR experience.
• 4 years of experience in an international environment.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certifications preferred.
• Experience in aerospace is a plus.
• Ability to influence at leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR strategic plans with leadership, aligning People strategy with business goals.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and coaching for leaders and teams.
• Drive talent management, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Influence major organizational transformations and change management programs across regions.
