Job summary

Satair USA, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner III to join our Dulles, VA team. This role partners with leadership to translate complex business initiatives into people solutions and aligns People objectives with business goals across units.

The position involves high autonomy, supporting all employee levels, developing HR programs, and driving engagement across national and international teams. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 9 years of progressive HR experience as an HRBP.
• 4 years of experience in a multi-functional international environment.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM- CP or SHRM- SCP certifications.
• Aerospace experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop advisory partnerships with key leaders to influence HR strategy.
• Align human capital strategies with core business outcomes.
• Identify HR needs and drive risk management and improvements.
• Lead complex HR investigations and provide strategic outcomes.
• Coach leaders on ER matters and performance management.
• Translate business challenges into clear HR briefs for COEs.
