Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner III based in Mobile, Alabama. You will act as a strategic partner, translating complex business needs into people solutions and aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals across business units.

You will provide expert counsel to leadership on tactical and strategic HR issues, delivering high-quality, customer-focused service while working with teams nationally and internationally to drive HR projects and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 9 years of progressive HR experience as an HRBP.
• 4 years of experience working in a multi-functional international environment.
• 4 years of experience in Aerospace preferred.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR strategic planning and advise leadership on HR initiatives.
• Lead employee relations and risk management with a focus on ethics and integrity.
• Oversee recruitment and talent management across regions and functions.
• Drive regional change management projects and organizational transformation.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and strategic HR solutions.
