Responsibilities

• Provide tactical HR project support for large-scale US acquisition workstreams, tracking milestones, resources, and risk logs.
• Maintain real-time status updates for HR leadership and the PMO.
• Coordinate activities between internal HR functions and other business units to align with acquisition timelines.
• Develop and maintain integration data dashboards and weekly progress reports for strategic objectives.
• Audit data migrations and compliance checklists to ensure Day 1 readiness and post-merger integration.
