Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; and at least six (6) years of directly related experience.
• Master degree in human resources management is preferred; HR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with HR management, executes HR initiatives, and consults with business unit heads.
• Analyzes HR metrics such as time to fill, grievances, employee relations complaints to drive improvements.
• Resolves conflicts, complaints, grievances, and performance issues while ensuring compliance with policies.
• Coordinates leaves of absence and workers' compensation programs.
• Acts as internal subject matter expert to assist in developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Develops programs to enhance employee experience, engagement and satisfaction.
• Maintains knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
