Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent preferred.
• At least 6 years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years in an HR Business Partner role.

Responsibilities

• Performance management and employee relations coaching for leaders, incl. PIPs and terminations.
• Org design advice and executive advisory to structure and scale teams.
• Talent review, calibration, and compensation review coordination.
• Create and validate job descriptions and support job architecture.
• Change management and manager enablement in an evolving HR program.
