Reporting to the EVP – Human Resources, the Senior Human Resources Business Partner is an experienced individual contributor, subject matter expert, and employee experience and engagement champion. Actively partnering with business leaders and their teams, the incumbent understands business unit specific goals, organizational challenges and talent needs, identifies, develops and executes HR strategies, and implements HR solutions to support those objectives. The Senior Human Resources Business Partner works across HR specialties, is accountable for coordinating and ensuring key initiatives and projects are achieved and will work across the organization to drive, enhance and support projects focused on core business priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; and at least six (6) years of directly related experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Preferred
Master degree in human resources management is preferred; Human Resources certification is preferred.
Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
Work is performed in a standard office environment.
